Staff goes completely marbles
150 employees and a single ball.
When staff meet in a church for a kick-off meeting, that is something special. And when the participants end up building an oversized marble run, that sounds rather surreal. But that's exactly what we did for our client RapidEye.
International experts from over 40 countries work for this global company that has just been restructured - communication and cohesion between departments playing a pivotal role and ensuring the company’s success. Refining team-building was the objective.
Divided into small groups, participants were presented with the challenge of constructing a cross-linked marble run. Not just organisation and coordination amongst team members is what counted but also the communication with other teams is required. That's the only way the marble could traverse the various designated positions.
The effect was tremendous and the symbolic power of the marble run left a long-lasting impression on all employees.
We want to send a BIG thank you your way for helping to make our corporate event last thursday great. [...] We had so much fun.
