A dossier with various assignments prepares the participants for their new shepherd's life. Far removed from everyday challenges, a variety of training tasks demand fast and efficient tactical plans as well as clear and resolute teamwork.
During the procedure a coach analyses the individual and group behaviour of the participants. In assessment discussions he helps to illuminate weak spots and develop potential for improvement, ensuring the transfer of these back into everyday life.
