Doing good binds people together longer

The idea was that 80 logisticians of TFG Transfracht should experience something lasting and unifying as part of their team event.

We bundled the company’s energy into where support was urgently needed. The employees built a playground together. Because nothing satisfies more than mutually achieving something.

But before the first turf was laid, the team realised - matching TFG's core competence - an exciting logistics rally across Greater Hanover.

After having to scale the dizzying heights of a wind turbine or braving direct contact with snakes and spiders, ten teams had to daringly obtain building material and components. These had to be transported safely to their actual destination, the playground.

Built under the guidance of an expert within only a few hours during the afternoon, the participants built a complex that left no child's wishes unfulfilled. A joint project, that strengthened the team's long-term spirit and motivated of all the employees.

"The special thing about this team event was that it was more than just doing good. All the employees had volunteered to do their bit on this particular Saturday and none of them knew what was in store for them. Motivation and team spirit were not the only things that stood in the foreground. Recognising achievement and the joy of collective involvement also played a key role."
